You receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, which is 1 to 3 business days after you place it. Standard delivery then takes 5 to 8 business days.

The number does not work yet? Carriers can take up to 48 hours to register a new shipment. If it still shows nothing after that, email us at support@mysunnypet.us with your order number and we will check it for you.
